One of the battles being fought within the European Union (EU) to win the war against climate change is the decarbonisation of mobility. And one of the levers to achieve this decarbonisation of mobility is the reduction of C02 emissions from transport. In this regard, at the beginning of June, the European Parliament approved a ban on the sale of new vehicles with combustion engines from 2035.
This transformation plan aims to help the Spanish automotive industry in the transition towards the imminent new mobility paradigm, maintaining its position as an international benchmark industry with a high volume of exports whose demand is based on the quality of the components and vehicles manufactured in Spain.
